- To carryout teaching and training activities of students and working professionals in software related field based on company guidelines and operating procedures.
- Teaching methods would include taking lectures, presentations, demonstrations.
- Will be responsible for creating teaching aids for course modules.
- Conduct tests, examinations, evaluation, and provide feedback.
- Supervise project work of students and guide them.
- Facilitate thinking ability of students and trainees.
- Candidate will have to represent the organization in seminars and conferences.
- Facilitate in internal quality audits of the academy.
- Participate in companies internal meetings and represent the organization in meeting the clients when called for.
- Constantly update knowledge for self development and growth of academy.
- Attempt activities and duties that are reasonably expected from a trainer.
